The AFP put its first Chapter Incentives Program into place in 2005 and for those chapters who will be awarded the Chapter Ten Star Award at the 2010 International Conference in Baltimore, an analysis was done on the highest percentage of growth and retention for 2009 as well as the highest percentage of growth and retention over the prior three years for each like size chapter grouping."
